Objective

The main objective of this program is to give familiarization on fundamentals of Six Sigma so that they can contribute to Green Belt projects and methodological approach on quality improvement

The course contains a mixture of class room training and interactive activities led by a Black Belt to allow delegates to practice and acquire quality mindset.
