Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

What is AI and why it becomes a matters?

“The science and engineering of making intelligent machines, especially intelligent computer programs”. These processes include learning (the acquisition of information and rules for using the information), reasoning (using rules to reach approximate or definite conclusions) and self-correction. AI draws heavily on the following domains of study- Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Engineering, Ethics, Linguistics, Logic, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Philosophy, Physiology, Psychology, Statistics

These are Six way that the AI work on:-

Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence:

As we see the powers that are exploiting the power of the computer system, that makes curiosity of human lead him to wonder, “Can a machine think and behave as humans do?”

Artificial intelligence (AI) has closer scientific connections with philosophy than do other sciences, because AI shares many concepts with philosophy, e.g. action, consciousness, epistemology (what it is sensible to say about the world), and even free will.

Goals of Artificial Intelligence:

To Create Expert Systems in which the system exhibits intelligent behavior and advice its users. To Implement Human Intelligence in Machines to creating systems that understand, think, learn, and behave like humans.

Contributes of Artificial Intelligence:

Basically, artificial intelligence is based on the following disciplines such as

Computer Science
Mathematics and

Types of Artificial Intelligence:

They are two types of AI Strong AI and Weak AI. Weak AI, also known as narrow AI, is an AI system that is designed and trained for a particular task. Virtual personal assistants, such as Apple's Siri, are a form of weak AI.
Strong AI, also known as artificial general intelligence, is an AI system with generalized human cognitive abilities. When presented with an unfamiliar task, a strong AI system is able to find a solution without human intervention.

Technique of Artificial Intelligence:

Intelligence need Knowledge, it possesses fewer desirable properties such as:
Hard to Characterized accurately.
Constantly Changing.
Differs from data that can be use.

Applications of Artificial Intelligence:

We all learning Applications of Artificial Intelligence with their day to day life in different areas around the world. These are some examples of AI application,
Natural Language Processing
Speech Recognition
